about, say 3 to 4 years ago, i started having these pimples on my chest which wouldn't burst nor heal. doctor said it was keloids, which is basically scar tissue, over healed wounds if you would have it.

so fast forward to mid last year, i went to see a doc about it, and he injected some steroids into it, which, well...helped a little.

in any case, this year, at a recommendation of a colleague, i went to see a TCM, and this was what she did
