someone asked me, what is the difference between sparks and chemistry.

i'll say, chemistry is...a reaction, as with you put two chemicals together; you get a reaction. positive or not, aside. positive chemistry, therefore is just a positive reaction, possibly in a platonic fashion.

now, sparks are different.

they make your heart beat a little faster, brings out the excitement in your eyes, and you closer to 16 than you have felt for a long time to come.

but as i grow older, such sparks are less and hard to come by, and it's probably i'm just hardened by life, relationships and such.

but, but, but, in a controlled fashion, it still happens,

instead of BOOM POW WHOOOOOO

it kinda quietly go "p-o-k, p-o-k, p-o-k", much liken to a quiet smile to yourself that tells you,

'hey, this one's special'
